Le Sojami – a company producing Vegan products based here in France
We received an email from a company based in France, who manufacture vegan products… The website is available in French, English and Spanish.
“We are called Le Sojami and have been established in South West France for 13 years. We manufacture vegan products only and they are also certified organic and lacto-fermented (except for the rice-milk desserts). They are alternatives to dairy products, including vegan fresh cheese, vegan pates, tofus, vegan ice creams, biscuits, egg and dairy free mayonnaise etc.
“The lacto-fermentation process using soya milk we use is patented. We are the only manufacturer of lacto-fermented organic vegan cheese. You should be able to find our products in virtually all health shops in France. We are also going to be distributed in the UK from next month.”

I’m searching for an alternative to dairy milk. Can you recommend the best tasting soya milk product manufacture in France. Thank you in advance.
I think it is difficult to recommend the best tasting product as everyone has different tastes. We don’t like the taste of any soya milk (unless it is flavoured – vanilla is lovely in coffee!). We prefer oat milk (we know other people who prefer rice milk, or almond milk) and that is available in most big supermarkets. All supermarkets have a range of soya, oat, rice and almond milks so the best advice is to try until you find one that you prefer.
Where can I find sojami in the UK? I found the great cheeses in Paris last weekend and I would love to carry on buying them
