Heather Mills vegan franchise to come to France?

Well that’s the plan! Heather Mills (most famous for not being married to Paul McCartney) has opened a vegan restaurant in her home town of Hove, Brighton, and has plans to roll out the Franchise world wide.
It would be fantastic to see a vegetarian or vegan franchise on every high street, replacing Muckdonalds, and if Heather Mills can bring it to France (and not just the big cities – lets have one in La Creuse, Limousin, France, Heather! ) then good luck to her.

Vegetarian and Vegan France 
I lived in Northern France for a year, and it was nigh on impossible to find meat substitutes. I actually had to go into Belgium to buy vegan wok strips and other things (paté, soy milk). If this food range did get into the mainstream shops in France it could be the beginning of a nationwide change of attitude towards non-meat eaters. Which, in such a traditional meat eating country can only be positive.
She would need that divorce settlement to survive the rural areas.. very funny!
